RESERVATION
Guests can reserve on line, or contact innkeeper at (845) 765-0251 or (917) 566-6103 between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm EST.

During weekend and holiday seasons we generally request a two-night minimum stay. One night stay may be available upon enquiry with innkeeper.

CANCELLATION
Due to the nature of our small operation, the Chrystie House has the following cancellation policy

Christmas to New Year (December 23–January 2), July 3–5,
Thanksgiving and Valentine Day
Minimum of 10 days’ notice of cancellation—no charge;
7-10 days’ notice of cancellation—60% charge;
Less than 7 days notice of cancellation—100% charge.

If the reservation is made within 7 days of arrival, the following apply:
Minimum of 5 day’s notice of cancellation—no charge;
3-5 days’ notice of cancellation—60% charge;
Less than 72 hours notice of cancellation—100% charge.

Other period Minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation—no charge;
24-48 hours notice of cancellation—50% charge;
Less than 24 hours—80% charge.

Cancellation should be done by phone with confirmation from the innkeeper by email or fax.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check in time: between 2:00pm - 9:00 pm. If guest is arriving later than 9:00pm, please inform the innkeeper as soon as you can. Check out deadline: 11:00am. If the room is available, cost for extended stay is $15/hour until 6:00pm. After 6:00pm, a daily rate will be charged.

PAYMENT
We accept cash, American Express, Master and Visa cards.

PACKAGE DEALS
The Chrystie House offers the following package deals: 5% discount for a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights at the same room, or 6 nights at different rooms within 3 consecutive nights; 7.5% discount for a minimum stay of 6 consecutive nights at the same room, or 12 nights at different rooms within 4 consecutive nights; 10% discount for a minimum stay of 12 consecutive nights at the same room, or 24 nights at different rooms within 8 consecutive nights.

MEMBERSHIP
The Chrystie House offers individual or family membership as follows:

Gold Member—Commitment to a minimum stay of 20 nights within a 12 month period or 30 nights within a 24 months period. A minimum and deposit of $2000 is payable upfront; 12.5% discount for any stay and any room, plus a pen/brush and ink drawing of one guest by the owner of the Chrystie House, an internationally acclaimed artist.

Platinum Member—Commitment to a minimum stay of 40 nights within a 12 month period or 60 nights within a 24 months period. A minimum and deposit of $3000 is payable upfront; 15% discount for any stay and any room, plus two pen/brush and ink drawings of one guest or two guests by the owner of the Chrystie House, an internationally acclaimed artist.


OTHER POLICIES
The Chrystie House is a non-smoking building. However the guests may smoke outside at the few patios around the house. We regret the Chrystie House does not accommodate any pet at this time.

Children of 12 year-old or older under parent or adult supervision are welcomed.
